Ah i get ya. Me and my mates go to Forest of Dean. Have u bin to the Out To Grass Mountain Board place? Its on the road to Worcester from Hereford. They let MTBs use the track, got some tabletops and long fast track with different kinds of jump.

right u no trellech, well continue past there for bout 4 mile or so and you come to a small village called llanishen. opposite the garage is a right its the 1st right follow tht road all the way down to the bottom and you can see it then. when u thinkin of headin up?
